Enrollment Packets
ACS EDI recently mailed enrollment packets. You
must complete an electronic enrollment packet if
you plan to send claims electronically (including
WINASAP) to ACS for Wyoming EqualityCare services.
You only need to complete one packet for the Pay-to-Provider
number.
For example, if you are a Hospital and
you have several locations for different services
that you provide, you only need to complete one
enrollment packet.
Second example, if you are a
clinic with several practitioners, you only need
to complete one enrollment packet. This enrollment
is strictly for billing claims electronically and
shouldn't be confused with your current Wyoming
EqualityCare eligibility. Your Wyoming EqualityCare
Provider numbers will not change. If you received
more than one enrollment packet, please disregard
the additional packets. We apologize for any confusion.
