ACS is pleased to offer a new secure Web Portal area on the Wyoming EqualityCare web site. Access to the secure Web Portal region is available only to registered Providers. Once your organization is registered, you can access the following:

• 278 Electronic Prior Authorization Requests - ability to submit and retrieve prior authorization requests and responses electronically via the web
• Data Exchange - Upload and Download of X12 Files
• RA Reports - Retrieval of your recent Remittance Advices
• User Administration - A registered organization's User Administrator can add, edit, and delete users within their organization who can access the secure Web Portal.

To register for access to the Web Portal , visit the Web Portal area and complete the online enrollment process.

Security and Privacy

To ensure the protection of your confidential provider and patient information, ACS encrypts any data being passed to and from your computer across the Internet. In addition, access to the Web Portal area requires entry of your unique login and password. The security requirements of the web site may require you to update your web browser before you can use certain features.
