WINASAP is a Windows-based electronic claims entry application for Wyoming Medicaid. This software application was developed to provide an alternative to submitting claims on paper. Follow the instructions below to download the WINASAP software. If you have questions regarding the WINASAP software, please contact the ACS Provider Relations Unit at (800) 251-1268.

Microsoft Internet Explorer Users
Right-click on the document or file name and choose 'Save Target As ...' from the Save As dialog box. Next, select the location to which you want to save the document or file and click 'Save.'

Netscape Navigator Users
Right-click on the document or file name and choose 'Save Link As ...' from the Save As dialog box. Next, select the location to which you want to save the document or file and click 'Save.'

Minimum System Requirements for installation of this software are:

Windows 98 Second Edition, or higher operating system
Pentium or equivalent processor
CD-ROM
50 MB of Hard Drive Space
64 MB of RAM
2400 Baud Modem
Dial up modem connectivity

The WINASAP software is large in size. Download times will vary upon actual connection speed.

To download the WINASAP software to your computer, click this Download WINASAP link or click here to view/download release notes for WINASAP 2003 v5.14 and:

Microsoft Internet Explorer Users
Select the 'Save to disk' option from the File Download box. Choose the location to which you want to save the software and click 'OK.' The software will be saved to the location you specified and you may open it by clicking on the program name. Or, choose the 'Run this program from its current location' option. This will take longer than a standard download but the program will extract itself and start installing immediately upon download.

Netscape Navigator Users
In the 'Save As' dialog box, choose the location to which you want to save the software and click 'OK.' The software will be saved to the location you specified and you may open it by clicking the program name.
